When it comes to the integrity of the presidency, many people indict President Trump for his alleged sexual interaction with porn star, Stormy Daniels, and his Billy Bush Access Hollywood tape where he admits to sexual misconduct before he was president. But those same indicters have a short-term memory because they seem to forget about former-president Bill Clinton’s infamous sexual infidelities with Monica Lewinski. While he was president, Bill had an affair on Hillary Clinton and then lied about it before Congress. He was impeached on December 19, 1998, but what do you know, he served out the rest of his term.
It seems like ages since BuzzFeed “broke” the Trump-Russia connection, known as the [Christopher] Steele dossier, wherein the contents not only described a connection of a Trump-Russia collusion to undermine the 2016 General Election, but also detailed a disturbing “pee tape” where he would allegedly have prostitutes urinate on him in his hotel room in Moscow.
What’s funny is that Trump is a known germophobe, so why would he allow prostitutes to pee on him? Seems a bit counterintuitive, don’t you think?
Nevertheless, despite the laughable accusation described in the dossier, many actually believe that Russia has some sort of blackmailing-worthy dirt on Trump that is so egregious that they forced him to run for president and lift the sanctions imposed on them by the Obama administration.
Does that sound crazy?
BuzzFeed is in a legal fight over the publication of the “pee tape” dossier and they are now doubling down on it. The website has officially hired a team of investigators, headed by former FBI and White House cyber security expert, Anthony Ferrante, to head the team.
The libel lawsuit is coming from a Russian technology executive, Aleksej Gubarev, who claims BuzzFeed was negligent when posting the dossier, which was – surprise – paid for by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.
Does that also sound crazy?
President Trump’s personal lawyer also sued BuzzFeed for defamation of character, but a spokesperson of BuzzFeed responded to the lawsuit by saying, “if it’s fact, it’s not libel, that’s the idea.”
It appears that BuzzFeed is chasing a ghost now.
Think about this, do you really think the most powerful person in America – and the world – could hide from an unbelievable accusation like this if it was true? What do you honestly think would be the monetary amount that someone – or a group – of people would pay for a tape that would destroy Trump, his administration and the GOP that has his back?
If you’re thinking it would yearn tens or even hundreds of millions – try billions.
That’s exactly why this nothing but a wild goose chase.
